At Bel Aire Recovery Center, we respect your decision to seek treatment for yourself or a loved one and we are available to help you in the process.
At our all-inclusive Kansas residential facility, we help our clients develop better methods of coping with everyday life, including steps to help deal with stress, anger, and depression.
We also make it a priority to teach our clients how to deal with addiction triggers so that they have a better chance at long-term recovery.
Our admissions counselors are highly trained to help provide you with the needed support, education, and information during this process. Our admissions counselors are available around the clock, 365 days a year to answer your questions when you are ready to ask them.
A detailed assessment will be completed prior to admission that will cover substance use history, social and psychological factors that may have contributed to the addiction, and a complete medical history.
In the event that a call back is needed, we will be in touch within 24 hours.
Telephone or email contact with a Bel Aire admissions counselor begins the process. Basic background information is gathered at this time along with an assessment to ensure that the client can benefit from our program and that the client is a good fit for Bel Aire Recovery Center. While initial conversations can take place with a family member or other loved one, we will need to speak with the client as well prior to admission. We will also ask for any relevant medical history information at this time. While Bel Aire is equipped at working with clients who have substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders, residents must be independent and medically stable.
During this first phone call or in a follow-up conversation, we will need the following information:
Bel Aire Recovery Center accepts self-pay and several private commercial insurance options. We will closely work with your insurance provider to understand your benefits prior to admitting so there are no surprise co-pays later. We also offer financing when needed. Our staff will assist with employer notification, arranging FMLA leave and short term disability when these are a necessary part of the client’s arrangements.
Prior to being admitted to Bel Aire, we will contact local resources near your home to ensure that ongoing care is available. Recovery work doesn’t end upon graduation from a treatment center. Continuing to work with qualified counselors and support systems are critical to your success.
Clients will be provided with a detailed list of items they should and shouldn’t bring with them to treatment, along with information for visitors and details about telephone usage. We will also discuss involving your family members or loved ones in your care, some of whom may be invited to participate in the family program.
Once the above steps are completed, we will secure an admission date and work with the client and family members for travel arrangements.
When you or a loved one is ready to stop using drugs or alcohol and begin on the path towards sobriety, the professional and caring team Bel Aire Recovery will review and assess your needs to determine if we are an appropriate addiction recovery center for you. If we are not an appropriate facility, we will be glad to assist you in finding a program that better fits your needs.
